I set up the pick up on Friday and car was picked up the next day on Saturday. Richard picked up the car and was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was very courteous and friendly. He explained the itinerary and assured us of the delivery time. Car actually arrived earlier than expected! I would give Richard 5 stars and recommend him to anyone trying to transport a car. Jennie at Direct Connect Auto Transport was also great to work with. Very efficient and thorough and we received multiple emails with all the information about the transport and emails on the status of the transport.
