I ordered car shipping service one month ago and highlighted how exact schedule is important because my family had to move at the same date. At the day of shipping, they didn't inform their pick up time even though I asked them multiple times. Next day, they suddenly asked me to pay $300 more because $1000 was not enough money to ship. Then, why they initially quote and pay the price instead of asking $1300? Also, why didn't they tell me earlier? I was doubt about their purpose they act like that. Phone operators were also abrasive and rude. I feel the company is irresponsible and don't want to work with them again.
