Awful overall experience. It took 2-1/2 weeks to get my car from pick up to delivery even though I was promised it would be delivered within a week. Note: we did ship the car over the holiday week and I was advised by one of the other big shippers to stay away from that week as many of the drivers are not working then. This broker assured me that it was no issue if I paid $100 more ( which I did with no success). I should have listened and gone with the other carrier who was just being honest..in addition, instead of being picked up and delivered by same driver as promised, it was picked up and held in two different lots temporarily (one in Danbury, Ct and another on Long Island) before getting on the truck to the final destination. The worst part is that there was an 31 extra miles on my car (which is a nice sports car) when it arrived and it was low on oil ( I have pictures of the odometer on both ends and am pursuing that issue separately as I wasn't able to get anyone at company to address). Very rude customer service (would never call back when they said they would and acted like I was bothering them to get updates on the delivery until it got to the LI lot. The folks from LI were very helpful).
