Dara was great with accurate estimates and commitments. She maintained frequent communication and follow-up. The price quoted was the price charged and seemed average for the move of similar vehicles, Florida to New York during the January timeframe. In an industry that appears extremely competitive and fraught with 'bait and switch' tactics, Dara and Direct Connect were straight forward and met my expectations for honesty and professionalism. The move was over Super Bowl Sunday and probably added a day to the delivery time. It was a painless move for me as a first- time shipper.
