After they decided that they would pick up a day late they delayed further saying they would arrive in 3 hours (at 11am). Then 4.5 hours later (12:30pm) they said in hour (1:30pm) and then 2 hours later (3:30pm) they arrived just to say they would be back in a minute. An hour later (4:30pm) they said not until 10pm, knowing this was a pick up from a business. Then they just canceled the order and undispatched themselves. Absolutely, unprofessional and horrible company with no integrity or interest in providing the service they are paid to perform. They should not be used by anyone. These are the transporters that nightmare stories derive from.
