Terrible Customer Service

Would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Customer Service was great on day one, however- after the initial contact and they had my $1630.00, I could not get any response from CSR, Marlo Affatati. Sent email after email and called numerous times a day to get an ETA on vehicle with NO response. I had to call the shop in New Jersey to see if they happened to get the driver's name/number who picked up vehicle. Thankfully they had it and that is the only way I found out where and when the vehicle would be delivered which was 2 WEEKS AFTER the promised date. Very disappointed that a company can do business this way. WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL OTHERS NOT TO USE THEM AS WELL!!!
