This was my 2nd time getting my car shipped within US. I shall like to thank James O'Connor (+1-954-510-5324) and Direct Auto Carrier for making these shipping experience a fantastic one. On both the occasions, my car was picked up and shipped "On-Time" and without any damages.

Things I liked about these shipping experiences:
1. James was kind enough to provide me all the relevant details in advance about the car pick-up and drop schedule and that too without me doing any follow-up calls.
2. I got returning customer discounts on my 2nd shipping.
3. Shipping services are done at much cheaper rate than other service providers in the market.
4. Drivers are professional and take good care of cars while transporting from one state to another. (no damages/dents/theft etc.,)
5. On time pick up and delivery services. So I didn't had to spend extra money on car rentals.
6. Customer service is transparent about their activities and provide complete information/resolution for your queries.
