Terrible service

Carlos was a nice guy for the most part. However I was told my vehicle was going to be picked up the next day and it did not get picked up until 2 days later. Then the company that picked up my vehicle was horrible. They did not contact me after repeated attempts. I had to threaten to call the police to get a response. Then there was one excuse after another on why they did not contact me. I was told that my vehicle was going to be delivered that evening. I drove an hour away. Was told the driver was 1 1/2 hours away at 640 and at 940 I could not get in touch with anyone. I waited over 5 hours for my vehicle. I drove back home and then was finally contacted by the driver early the next morning. The pick up location was given incorrectly to the driver and I had to wait another 3 1/2 hours the next morning because the driver went to New Hersey instead of Delaware. I would never recommend this company or the transport service that I used for this transaction. The positive was Carlos was mostly friendly and the poor driver who was given all of the wrong info was also friendly.
