I had them move a car from Texas up to Washington state and they were late picking up the car and then delayed by two days delivering the car. They txt'd me the day before and ignored it when I said that I could make any time work except a 90-minute slot because I had a customer meeting. I explained this to the driver who had the dispatcher call me. She said "we told you the delivery window" when I said to her that I responded by saying I couldn't do that window, she hung up. So currently, I don't have a car and they are not responding to txts. I've filed a complaint with the broker and Better Business Bureau and suggest that others avoid this company.
