This company was a problem from start to finish, I prepared for it to be rough due to the distance, however it was obstacles and problem after problem that I wasn't ever expecting. The customer service I received from the very start was just rude, showing no sympathy, or enthusiasm, and overall incredibly poor. I know the industry better then most people who would need their cars transported and to see them lie to my face, and try to lie to me over the phone was absolutely horrendous, I am only giving this company 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt of Paul for his attempt to reach out and apologize, for the problems that had happened. However, overall this company was a nightmare... They did not order their electronic log devices for their trucks in a timely manner causing their company to be SHUT DOWN by the government, and they spoke some bologna to me about how it wasn't sent to them in time even though the CDL INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE has known about this change for about a year now. This caused my car to be even more late, It was suppose to be delivered on January 3rd-5th, and ended up being delivered on the 17th. Good luck to anyone who has to put their belongings in their possession, I was honestly worried about my car not returning.
