Nervous as this was my first time having a vehicle transported. Disptacher - Paul - checked in regularly with people on both ends of the transport. He was very courteous and accessible. Minor scheduling blip due mainly to weather but blew me away that they got it across the country in 3 days. Only small criticism is that we were told the car was fully insured by them, but later learned we had to have the car insured and that our insurance had to be primary (then theirs kicks in). Overall, I'd use them again and highly recommend them.
