Booked month in advance, paid in full up front (lesson), car sat for 2 weeks, DAS gave me no idea when it might move. Pulled the plug and got another company to deliver in 4 days for less. No notice that my delivery would be late, zero communication and responsiveness, Customer service was offensively laced with attitude, like it was my fault they have no idea how to run their business. All the way up the management chain, zero accountability. They ended up telling me they have nearly 500 deliveries across the country that are late due to their "issues". their manager John said he couldn't work on finding a truck to deliver my car because he was spending all his time on the phone with disgruntled customers. Brilliant way to run a business. Every bit of information I got was gained from staying on hold for 30 minutes each time. Mia told me once, she could tell me where my car was if I would like. How awesome is that attitude? Felt like my asset had been hijacked and I should call the police. Of course they wouldn't credit me in full when I cancelled and got a real company to pick up my car and deliver in 3 days. I am confident my car would still be where it started if I didn't take the reigns. Avoid DAS at all costs, seriously!
