Unfortunately, this is the worst company in the US for car shipment. They have very bad customer service and are totally unreliable for paying your claim. I got my car damaged and I filled a claim and they were very helpful initially approving my claim and they were welling to pay me for fixing the damage ($1400). However, over the last 6 months all people totally changed and they did not pay anything yet and then they started to ignore my emails and all my calls. I even threated them with a court action (sent them an official letter) and they did not respond. I am warning anyone from dealing with this company as you will have a lot of trouble and you will never be happy with their service.
