Very bad experience

If I could give this company a 0/5 I would have. I placed a request for a quote to transport my car and received a response from this company among others. I contacted them and they added $50 more to the price. I still said ok then it increased $10 more and again I did not complain. Mat Santinello from dependable auto moves emailed me the truck driver information. We contacted the driver and set up a pick up date. The driver was supposed to call us the night before to prepare for pick up but he never did. We tried to contact him and received no response. I emailed Mat and also received no response. We were able to get through to the driver finally who told us that his truck broke down and that he informed dependable auto move a couple of days prior telling them he won’t be able to pick the car up. The company did not contact us. We were leaving the city and had to ship the car within a day so we paid $350 extra for the car to be transported asap by another company. I contacted dependable auto move for refund of the booking fee and they said they would refund it. It has been a month and I have not received anything. I tried to contact them few times since then with no response. I will end up disputing the transaction. I do not recommend dealing with this company.
