I had scheduled a car pick-up for 9/20 three days ago. The company representative told me that the quote was 495 and all of the insurance was included in that price. It sounded too good to be true because they also suggested an arrival date of Friday 9/22 and a pickup date of 9/20. They probably used the ruse that they had a truck in the area right now to pick up your car. Don't fall for this. I contacted them over and over again Tuesday 9/19 and Wednesday 9/20 and no response (I left two messages, but called over 15 times). Before I put down the deposit, they had quick email response times and quick call response times. They are super responsive until you put down the deposit (credit card number and expiration date - thank god they didn't take the security number on the back). I told them beforehand I had to get the car off my hands before I leave for my flight or else there will be no one to ship up the car. However, no driver was contacted, I still don't know who the driver is, and they exhibited poor customer services overall. I entered for an auto quote online and that's how they reached out. I would steer clear from Dependable because they are anything but.
