Very rude, difficult to work with, zero customer service. Late for pick up, late for delivery, requested to have towing for pick up and delivery because they were too lazy to load a non running car themselves. When we denied ordering towing it turned out they had a winch on the trailer and could pull it in and out without a problem. We had to call police when they came to deliver the car because they requested payment only in cash and wouldn't unload the car until they got paid. We wanted to pay them via business check which is what we always do with other shippers and never had a problem before. They wanted to leave with our customer's car if we didn't pay cash. This company has been in business for 1 year and they have a lot to learn about customer service and treating their customers with respect. THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE TO WORK WITH, STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD! WORST SHIPPER WE HAVE EVER WORKED WITH, LYING TO POSTPONE PICK UP, ARGUING, DEMANDING TOWING UPON PICK UP AND DELIVERY=EXTRA CHARGES, VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
