DIY Transport recently shipped our vehicle and there were (3) major issues: 1) Committed delivery date which they didn't meet, 2) Posted the vehicle incorrect so they carrier when arrived charged us an add'l $300, 3) When the vehicle arrived at it destination it was damaged. The carrier indicated since the damage was less than $2500 the insurance claim wouldn't cover it, however, DIY couldn't validate this when questioned. On the positive side, DIY personnel was friendly and answered the phone or responded to emails timely.
