After weeks of negotiation with the seller and passing on several brokers, I contracted with DIY. This auto shipped from Washington state to North Georgia. The contracted carrier rescheduled pickup 3 different times and the delivery date was rescheduled 3 different times also. I have had 6 autos shipped in the last 7 years and I have never had this bad of an experience. It was probably just an unusual one. The car arrived in great shape and the drivers were friendly and apologetic for the delays but I would not use the same carrier contracted through DIY again. I believe DIY did all they could and they communicated fairly well but it wasn't a pleasant, uneventful delivery.
