Shelby was on top of it! We decided to go with DIY because of their fantastic reviews and also the price was very reasonable and what we wanted to pay. Because the price was on the lower end, we did not get chosen by a truck driver right away. That was okay with us because we didn't need the car right away. Shelby helped us stick by our lower bid and patiently wait until a truck driver picked up the car, all-the-while following up with me with call and text updates. We really appreciated the excellent communication so we didn't have to worry and always knew what was going on. From this great first experience, the next time I or my family & friends need to ship their vehicle, I'll be recommending DIY Transport. Thanks again, Shelby!
