They delivered my car within the time frame I requested and it was not damaged in any way. The cost was as agreed to. The driver was professional.. My only complaint was that the people at DIY and the trucking company office seemed to have a complete disconnect with the driver as to pick up and delivery times...As an example, DIY was sending me emails about their dispatchers working to find a trucker to carry my car even after the car was delivered.
