As a first timer transporting my vehicle across the country, I was pretty nervous. DIY contacted me quickly, told me the price to ship (price never changed; it stayed the same throughout) and gave me the date range of pickup (mine was next day). The driver then contacted me to introduce himself and let me know his process. Everyone including the driver was very open with communication, answering my calls and texts. It was a really good experience and the service was straight to the point and professional. I would definitely recommend and use again.
