I called DIY to move a car. I was told that the price was high because big trucks had to be newer to haul freight in CA because of new laws. A guy with an older pick-up truck and a trailer that had a sign taped to the door with packing tape, picked up the car at 11pm.The driver could not find the home (no google maps?) he called the woman and eventually she had to leave her home to find him and guide him to the place where the car was located. He brought the car. The car was not damaged. DIY is not the professional company I expected. I could get any guy with a trailer and a phone to do the same or a better job.
