I originally had another transport company contracted to transport my vehicle. This company was not communicating with me and the shipping company in Long Beach, CA. After a missed pick-up and storage charges were building up, I contacted DIY Transport. Lindsey was very helpful and professional. After paying the dispatch fee, my vehicle was pick-up in three days. I also called DIY Transport for the shipping receipt (tax purposes) and received quick service from DIY Transport, I received my receipt in minutes. Excellent service from DIY Transport. Definitely recommend their services.
