Gary with DIY really came through on getting me moving. The initial dispatch was slow as my truck was in a remote location, but through the whole process Gary was watching out. even after I canceled the original due to missing a deadline, He informed me that a company who claimed they could get it on a truck the next day was actually misleading me. After dealing with the other company that was misleading me, I ended up going back with DIY we got the truck dispatched and it arrived 3 days after pickup. Would definitely Use DIY in the future if I need to ship a truck again. EXCELLENT customer service.

Gary is one of those representatives that is hands on from start to finish. He makes sure everything that can be done, is done to make sure the customer expectations are met. He constantly updates the customer of what is transpiring with their order and makes adjustments, if necessary.
