Smooth process except for the final payment

The entire moving process went smoothly except for the final payment to the transport company. Originally, I was told to make out a certified check to Company A. I did as such and confirmed with Andrew that this was the correct approach. On the day of the car's arrival at its destination, I received a call from the driver and he told me that he could only accept cash or a certified check made out to Company B. I called Cruise Control and the transport company regarding this issue, and Cruise Control simply shrugged their shoulders and told me that there was nothing they could do about it. This resulted in a wild goose chase to withdraw a large sum of cash in a very short amount of time from a bank that I did not have an account with - very undesirable. Overall, I was able to resolve the problem on my own, but I saw it as a very unprofessional move on behalf of Cruise Control. Additionally, my car arrived extremely dirty, but I suppose that is partially expected when dealing with an open carrier.

My apologies, Eric, this was totally my oversight. This vehicle was originally dispatched to a company called Zen Auto Transport that handles dispatch for your carrier, The Transporters. In middle of your transport, a representative from The Transporters called me to tell me that the order would need to be switched to Transporters from Zen Auto Transport. Sorry for the confusion, I know that I originally told you to make the check out to Zen Auto Transport and I should have notified you of the change. Thanks for being a great customer.
