My fiancé and I were planning a move before our wedding and immediately relocating after the honeymoon from Florida to Arizona. Being in a situation where we were already spending enough money as it was, we were pinching our pennies. After being quoted ridiculous prices from other companies, we discovered the gem that is Creative Rides. It's kind of sketchy as it is trusting companies you've never heard of to take your most expensive and prized belongings off yours hands, hoping and praying your not getting scammed. The service we received from this company was so comforting and professional. I received a phone call from Ron explaining everything to me and how the process would go. I told him my fiancé and I would be out of town and that my family would be the ones to handle it for us. They were more than accommodating, keeping my family up to date and informed. My parents said the employees were super nice and professional. Just a few days later, I got a call from the driver saying he was early and would be there that evening. With a 6 hour heads up, I was happy! He informed our contact person and made the delivery, not asking for a penny more than what was originally quoted. He didn't accept payment until my vehicle was parked in the driveway. The family member accepting the vehicle for us said, once again, that the service from the employees was very professional and impressive. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to anyone who needs a trustworthy and honest company to transport your vehicle. Price was the cheapest we found, they stuck to their original quote of $900 for a 2200 mile transport, not a scratch on my car, EXCELLENT customer service, and they keep you well informed. I'm very pleased!
Also, the deposit they took was only about 15%. Whether or not that is the same for everyone, I'm not sure, but it was comforting that they weren't asking to break my bank before even delivering the car. The balance was paid in cash at the time of delivery. I'll say it again, this is a very trustworthy company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
