Lou was great. He was up front with all the costs and how it works and how other companies try to get your business by lying about getting your car on a carrier versus just "putting it on the board" and then 3 days later when no one has picked up the job off the board (because the price is too low) then then call you to get more money. The same amount that the honest guy told you. Anyway, Lou was fantastic and the driver was incredible.
