HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. CHARGED $225 MORE THAN AGREED, THEN WOULD NOT CREDIT ME BACK! CROOKS!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Ben quoted me door to door $550. Said it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days, but it was almost 2 weeks later before we got the car. He neglected to tell me that the driver would need to be paid in cash. (I had planned on using my credit card). Be aware of this issue. Ben took my down payment (credit card) for $150, so I would owe driver $400. When driver delivered car, he wanted $500 cash. The driver was hired by Ben at Cobalt Logistics and told me that I needed to call Ben with the discrepancy. I called Ben and told him driver wanted $100 more that what we agreed. Ben told me to pay driver the $500 and Ben would reimburse my credit card the $100 overage to driver. Ben never did issue my credit, instead, they CHARGED ANOTHER $125 to my credit card after car was delivered. When I called to ask about it, Ben assured me they would credit me back (now $225). He never did. When I called to talk to them about this problem, Ben was not available, so I spoke with Joseph. Joseph was very argumentative and yelled and said the last $125 they charged me (after the car was delivered to me), was for a "down payment". (Remember, my down payment was $150 from the beginning). I told Joseph that the $125 was not the down payment, and to top it off, it was AFTER THE CAR HAD BEEN DELIVERED, plus I had to pay driver an extra $100. Joseph would not listen to me explain that they had overcharged me $225. He yelled over our explanations and he ended up hanging up on me. I have all the texts and bank statements to prove my story. I ended up going to my bank to dispute the $225 overage. BEWARE of these guys!!!

This is unreal that someone would do this and bash such a great company. This lady did not even listen to the facts and just started cussing and yelling at us instead of learning the facts. She was told an incorrect number by the driver which I have no control over the driver and she paid it. We certainly did not get any extra other than a small deposit. If she would have been professional and listened she would have been able to call the carrier and complain and bash them and call them crooks. We are far from crooks in this industry. This is an angry old woman that just doesn't want to listen to anyone and is always right I guess. I assume her and her husband at their veterinarian firm Town East Animal Hospital are always right as well and never listen to their clients. Shame on these people for the slander that they have caused and continue to cause as we did nothing wrong here and we have all the documents to prove it and we will fight and win against the cc company easily too. Ashamed business person against such an angry person!!
