I shipped my car from Califrornia to Washigton DC and paid a premium price for fast and home delivery...I was getting a deal at 850 bucks to get my vehicle delivered in 14 days...I paid them 1000 for fast delivery...They claimed it will reach there in 7-9 days...But it took exactl 14 days...When I asked the driver that wtf was the problem....He told that the broker i.e. Coastal made false promises, and that it was not his fault...SO, the vehicle was picked up in time to pretend that it's on the way, parked somewhere in the same city, and reached 7 days late than the promised date...When I asked that why is it late- they replied that there was a "mechanical problem"....The driver who delivered the vehicle was oblivious to all this!...So, keep away from them for you wown good

Guarav was looking to ship his vehicle in a very timely manor when I spoke to him the first time. He was looking to move his Jeep out of San Diego to Washington DC and I had a carrier picking up another vehicle the next day running the same route. That was Tuesday the 8/17. I relayed the info from the carrier that it would not be moved till Friday the 20th and would be dropped off the 26th or 27th. He was completely fine with this. All was on schedule until the truck broke down in TX. I relayed the delay to Guarav. Of course he was upset with the unexpected. Upon drop off on Tues. 31st, the carrier mentioned that it was my fault for not allotting the correct amount of time for the move. I just relayed all information provided to me to my customers. The carrier in this case used me as a scapegoat and I paid the price. Guarav, I greatly appologize for the inconvenience. Please contact me at 407-284-1746 with any questions. Kai Abelardo, VP
