CMR Refuses Refund

Adam with CMR Global Logistics promised a speedy pick up and delivery of our haul truck. Four days later he promised he had a carrier lined up to pick up the unit. Never happened. A week later, another promise of a carrier, never happened. Stopped answering our calls. Stopped responding to our emails. A carrier calls me directly for dimensions of the unit since he never got them from CMR and shows up with a trailer too small to fit the load. CMR's profile page on uShip states they "don't have any upfront charges for your transport", however, charged my company $2425 up front! I cancelled the contract and got Smith's Hauling in to do the job right! Now CMR is refusing to refund our money, stating it was my fault they couldn't get the equipment picked up! Just go to uShip and read the numerous negative reviews for CMR...
