Cavalier Failed Us

Cavalier has failed us again. After a bad start last fall when a driver could not be found before we left for FL we got our car late. We decided to give them another try in the spring and talked directly with the owner who got our car home to NH. When I called recently, for the second time, to follow up on our request to use them again, he promised to call me right back. Never heard a word or an answer to my e mail. We're leaving tomorrow and renting a car. It may be our location. They do promise door to door but we're in a small town off the major highways. We did agree to meet near a major city but they insisted they could get us down and back. So much for the 5 star rating!

Jackie, we moved your vehicle back up to NH which you gave us a 5 star review for. I am confused about this review. We canceled this request from you on October 3rd. What am I missing here? I am always available to all my customers and always return all my calls. I am available by text, email, work or cell. I looked over my call logs and do not see missed calls from your number. I apologize but was under the impression that you did not need this moved. Please call me
