Will never use this company again. Used them for my 2nd cross country move and it was terrible. They didn’t pick up my car within the 2 day window with no proactive communication, I finally got them to pick up my car before I left town and then it sat at origin for several days before they could find a driver to take it cross country. Again, no communication. I had to call for status updates. When my vehicle finally arrived, the dashboard was slashed. They asked me to get a quote and file and claim which was denied because they said they don’t inspect the inside of the cars so couldn’t prove it was done in their custody. I’m sure they knew it would be denied from the start so they wasted my time and theirs. Terrible business and customer service.
