Received quote for $999 and car to be picked up in 24 to 48 hours. $199 will be charged credit card once pickup is confirmed and remaining due at delivery. Next day I was informed driver's insurance is verified and I will get call from dispatcher. After that it is very hard to get hold of them and story changes every time. After 8 days, I got dispatcher information and credit card was charged $225. Tried to contact the rep but not successful. Then driver picked up the car 2 more days later and while car is on the way, driver informed us to be ready with $1100 more due at drop off otherwise car can't be dropped off. Already spent too much money for rental while waiting for the car and had to pay more money then agreed. Waste of time, pretty dishonest.and not trustworthy to do business. I guess any better ratings about the company are from agents.
