I’m just kidding no monkey, but that’s how rare a company like this is in the 21st century. Like someone giving away a free primate. Literally every time I called Glen he answered his phone, not a secretary not a teleprompter, no automation a real human being virtually every time. ( if he didn’t answer a return call was not far behind) If you believe your getting a hold of someone who is doing the driving dont kid yourself who has that kind of time, what Glen has is a trusted network of vehicle transporters dedicated to making sure your vehicle arrives safety when and where you pay for it to (within a reasonable window they drive vehicles across country not teleport Ive read enough reviews in my research to know people have unrealistic real world expectations) I typically dont write reviews because I feel like the reviews are written by folks who shouldn’t have keyboards in the first place and not giving the true impression of what a company is; that or the reviewers are in the pocket of the company somehow. All that said this is now my third experience watching Glens work ethic. This particular shipment was sentimental on more levels than i can put here and I feel that extra care that was given there as well. So I felt almost obligated to review solely based on the care given to this Harley. I spent more time than I should have trying to convince motorcycle shipping companies, PUTTING $$ DOWN and getting zero results, to ship a motorcycle SMH. The companies I talked to only lead me on with false price ranges and unrealistically long delay times in both pick up and delivery. Before any departure date or refund could be given with any other company my Fathers bike had already been picked up & delivered from California to Illinois not to mention the other companies all wanted way too much of my information. A friend used Glens services to ship his BMW X5 as well as another vehicle and his quote was “its rare to find a business that you feel like cares about what your need as a customer are most business are trying to take advantage of you ..”Trying to ship this motorcycle was a testament to that nightmare before I spoke to Glen. Once I spoke to Glen a completely different narrative emerged.He took my name, phone number we chat for a few on what I was looking for he gave me a price point which was both upront and final there were no hidden fees like other spots. Glen began to go to work based solely on that and took his payment ONLY when he had locked in a transport for me that was it!!! Sam was our driver and we could not have been more pleased with his professionalism as well as his communication!!Give Glen a call first and save yourself the time I wasted or dont and throw your money away..
