first, you may like the price they offered but when you are close to pick up date, they will ask for extra and Kim said I can cancel my contract if I don't want to pay extra. On pick up date, she was off and they didn't assign anyone for an alternative. From the first day that I talked with them, I mentioned many times when I will be in town for delivery and asked them pick up date is flexible but for drop time I want to make sure I could be there. Kim always said, don't worry we will take care of it but all my worried comes true. They want to drop off the car one day before the time that I mentioned a lot or pay for the storage. it was frustrating to find a way to minimize the cost. Kim and the company are not responsible and they are only broker. Please be aware of dealing with this company. Never will deal with this company again.
