Terrible and unreliable, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I wasn't informed that the pick-up driver was running late and ended up being 3 hours later than the time frame. I had to call them to find this out, which isn't a huge deal, but would have been nice for them to call me and inform me. It was being brought from New Jersey to California and expected to arrive one week later on a Tuesday. The car was six days late. The day before it was supposed to arrive I was informed it would be there the following day, on time. Tuesday morning, the day it was to arrive, I called and was told it would be there between 12 and 3 but would get a call to get a confirmed time from dispatch. I never got that call and called them, just to be redirected to a voicemail. I ended up getting a phone call later on telling me it would be there on Thursday or Friday. Don't know why I was told it would be there on Tuesday if it was running late. I understand delays, but don't give me the run around. I call on Wednesday and am told it would be there on Thursday. On Thursday I am told it will be there on Friday. On Friday I was told it would be there on Saturday. On Saturday I was told it would be there on Monday. At this point I ask if I can just pick up my car wherever it is. It's apparently in LA, but I can't pick it up even though I am also in LA (why they couldn't deliver it when it's in the same area as me is beyond me). I got it on Monday with scuff marks, and you can only make damage claims through email, and they haven't gotten make to me after a week. Also, I was told my car would be transported in an enclosed truck, and they put it on a train instead. WOULD NOT recommend ANYONE using them.
