I appreciate that the carrier picked up and delivered the car on time, and was available for an update during transit. However, when the car arrived, the front seats and center console were really dirty, my dash-mount phone holder was missing, and there was a melted plastic ring left in its place which I can't fully remove from my dashboard. I have no idea how that could have happened, since in the 2 years I've had the holder, no amount of direct sunlight had ever caused the suction cup to melt. Also, when the car arrived, the battery was "really low" (no other explanation was given) and my check engine light was on. The check engine light caused a big issue for me since the car was not yet registered and I couldn't even drive it to get the engine light checked. The car had just been serviced and tuned up before leaving NJ. It turned out that something had been jostled under the hood and was loose. Understandable, but does not inspire confidence in the handling of my car.
