Bad Experience. I recently used Bluebell when I relocated from NJ to FL in February as well as locally in NJ. Tony Ramadan was the sale person who gave me a provisional estimated which I overestimated for budget purposes. When my move date was close I called him (a week before) to give him the final inventory which was less furniture/boxes and, much to my dismay, he would not change anything on my original estimate, but because I had no other moving resource I was forced to pay much more than I should have. To make matters worse, my furniture arrived severely damaged. When I brought Bluebell’s negligence to Tony Ramadan he told me that the reason that Bluebell was not going to pay for the damage that they caused was my fault because I did not purchase insurance. He offered me only $80.00 for 2 night stand I paid $500.00. Regarding my local move, which was a total distance of 10 miles. We left my Apartment the place at the same time the Bluebell Moving Truck left. It wasn’t rush hour and it only me 18 minutes to arrive however the Bluebell Moving Truck arrived 50 minutes later, so I end paying them 1 additional hour. This Company is a total rip-off and it will end up costing you more in money, time and emotion. They have zero customer service and they act with impunity because they have your furniture and your hefty deposit. Do yourself a favor and find ANYONE else to use for your moving needs. Regards,
