I'm sorry to say but Frank told me everything I wanted to hear over the phone, and when my credit card info was taken, all his travel time's he promised flew out the window. I called on a Monday and asked when he can pickup my car and how long from Cali to NY, he said "Monday to Wednesday, most likely today, Monday. Travel time would be around 5-7 days, most likely 5." I booked with him right away, an hour later I get the email, "Pickup by Thursday, and expected arrival date in 12 days." Of course this was after the contract was signed and he had his fee paid to him. They have descent communication skills, but they sold me a dream to get my money, had they just been upfront, I wouldn't have minded.

To add more salt to the wound, the delivery was even after their arrival date.

We completely disagree with this review . We do not make promises for dates and times , customers are advised of schedules - all dates and times are " Estimated" . We state this verbally and written before placing an order and receive a signed contract. Terms and Conditions repeatedly states that "no dates and/or times are promised or guaranteed." When we assigned a carrier for him we called him and also emailed the schedule for pick up and delivery, not once did the customer object or express that he needed sooner timelines and at that time had a chance to do so since the vehicle had not yet been picked up. We don't sell dreams , nor do we process charges until everyone is in agreement and paperwork is signed. As you can see from our many years of experience and ratings , that we do not need nor wish to misrepresent our business. Our excellent communication skills , and our realistic expectations that we make sure we set forth with any and all customers , brings us repeated business and continued success. It is not unusual to have a customer regardless of verbal and written Terms and conditions , refuse to pay attention or listen to everything expressed , because they are anxious for their vehicle. Better planning in advance would have saved the anxiety.
