My experience with MoveWheels was EXCELLENT! The Customer Service I worlked with David Mckensie went above and beyond from the very first email he sent. We had another moving company to transport my husbands mothers car. She passed a few months ago and we needed to get it from Brigantine, NJ to Austin, TX. On the day the other company did not show to pick up the car I started searching in a panic to try and find another carrier. David responded with an email within 5 minutes. He said he would be calling shortly and he did just that. Everything David told me happen exactly as he said. He was also dealing with my daughter on the pick-up end. David never missed a beat letting both of us know Exactly what was going on and being confident and reassuring that his company would do exactly what they were promising. He assured me it would all work out great and quickly while still keeping our car safe. He delivered EXACTLY what he promised on time and the car was perfect. He was an extremely intelligent and had given us a more than far price! Without a doubt, I would use MoveWheels if I ever need to transport an auto again. And I most definitely would ask for David Mckensie to make all the arrangements. He is honest & professional! In todays world sometimes that is a very hard combination to find in the business world. Thank You MoveWheels for a great job transporting our mom's car to us. Very special Thanks to David Mckensie for making it a real pleasure to work with you!
