Horrible communication

My contract stated for my vehical to be picked up on 05-04 and the driver never showed. I was assured it would be picked up the next morning. After calling BWT I was told the would contact me back in a few minutes and never heard from them. Then I get a text from the driver that he would not pick up my car until 05-07. I call BWT back and was told, once again, they would figure something out and call me back in a few minutesnever heard from them. I had to rent a hotel room in the area to stay overnight in Hope's they would pick my car up. And now I must leave it with friends until I can find another more trust worthy company. This company screwed me over, never returned my calls, and did not help with communication from the driver...I will never choose them again!

Unfrotiunalty things happen that are out of our control and the carrier company that was assigned had to cancel. Our shipping agent team immediately started working on assigning another carrier company to transport your vehicle. Please note that Movewheels dates are estimated and we do ask for a 1-5 day after the first available date to find a carrier.
