TERRIBLE customer service

Im not someone to complain about companies ever. Iv worked in retail, customer service, I get it. My boyfriend and I decided to use this service to transport his new car from New Jersey to Florida. We have been in the dark the entire time his car has been transported. First off, the driver transporting his car didnt bother to take down his phone number to message him, and instead had been texting the man who he picked up the car from despite the fact that hes not even the one who placed the order. We finally got him to start sending us the messages and honestly they were about as helpful as no messages at all. The transporter we were dealing with spoke the bare minimum of English, so we werent confident he even knew what he was doing or where he was going. We were given a time frame between 9pm and 11pm (which is kind of crazy), at 10:30 they told us they wouldnt be coming and when we asked "when ARE you coming then?" they told us either 8 am or 8 pm. never clarified. When they actually got here, I was the only one home because he had to work, he told me that he would drop off the car (I guess the truck couldnt fit in the neighborhood?), handed me a key and asked for the payment and my signature. while it did arrive, it has been the most stressful situation, with 0 communication, rude customer service for very simple requests like "keep me updated on your status" and for a while we thought this whole thing was a scam. 0/10 would not trust any of these people. so sketchy. (oh and before it was even delivered and we'd gotten 0 confirmation of anything we'd gotten a number of emails asking us if they can do business with us again...yikes)
