Poor customer service and follow up

On 10/2/17 I received a call from Michael Santos who was responding to an inquiry I had regarding shipment of my jeep from NH to CA. At this point he was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I went ahead and scheduled for pick up and provided a credit card number for the day of pick up. 4 days later I received a call from a different shipping company asking me if I had read the reviews on AutoTransport4u LLC and told me that I am quoted to low and no driver will come pick my jeep up. I was obviously concerned as to why another company was calling me and how they know my information and what I was quoted, until I realized that all these shipping companies try to give the best quote, and add your vehicle to the board and hopes a driver picks it up. I called Michael after this call, the person I spoke to was not MIchael, and was super rude and told me I still had time and to not worry about it, that I would get the driver information within a few days. Well a few days passed, I sent e-mail asking for an update, silence... As you can imagine I am under some stress with moving across the country and also taking an extremely ill family member with me. I waited another few days and tried to follow up again. I told them I needed the driver information by end of day or I was cancelling my service. I received an email from Michael Santos this morning, very rude wishing me luck with the other company and even screen shot the pic into the e-mail of the other company and told me good luck and they are charging me more. For his information it is not the company I am using. I actually received a better rate from a company that excellent customer service skills, always followed up with me and went above and beyond. I wouldn't say this place is bad or unethical, just very poor follow up.
