Gave deposit, called him when truck didn’t come, heard back once from him, then complete silence for 3 days. Gave a 3 day window, said I would get a call the day before, got to the third day so called 3 times. Got a call back and said they should be there later that day or early the next. They never showed up, I called about 6 times each day the next 3 days, no answer, no answer to email. Had to get another company, luckily, I was already out of town across the country. But the new company was great and was able to pick up the car no problem.
