Extremely disappointed

After using this company two times, and being extremely cordial, it was during the holidays, and they failed to even give me a phone call back or anything to that nature to tell me what was going on so I waited for 4 days paying storage on a vehicle. Then after that I had to fire them and look for another Transport company during that time in total I wound up waiting a total of 19 days to get a vehicle picked up that they told me that they had a driver for me for an executed price and never complied and followed through. I paid them everything they wish for for the previous two transports on time on duty some of which I don't think was called for. I would never use them or believe that they are good company!

We are sorry you feel that way about our service. But our records indicate we communicated with you on a daily basis regarding the status of your order via email, text and by phone. Please keep in mind all our calls and communication methods are recorded. At all times you were advised that due to weather and holidays we were experiencing delays. Your pickup location was a business which was actually closed also. Please feel free to contact our office with any pending issues. We only had your order for 7 days it was processed on 01/02/19 and cancelled on 01/09/19. Thank you and were sorry to see you go.
