It took many back and forth emails to schedule everything. Be ready to pay cash because the price you pay in cash can change up to a few days before. I was quoted a pickup time 2 weeks before they actually picked it up. However pickup and drop off the people were great and I didn't have any gripes about delivery, just felt like added stress while moving could be cut down.
