You don’t get what you pay for! I called in for tracking for the date of arrival. I never received a call back. The truck driver did not complete the door to door. The area of the drop has PLEANTY of space to complete the delivery. Larger trucks have been in and out of this neighborhood. Instead the driver called my son and asked him to meet at a Lowes off the main highway. It was for the convenience of the driver not the customer! I spoke to the manager Laura and all she could do is give lame excuses. I asked for $100.00 ($50.00 for each issue) of my money back for the two services that I paid for and did not get. She has never responded to my email.

Very sorry if the customer feels they did not receive the same 5 star service AutoStar Transport Express is accustomed to providing. AutoStar Transport Express located a carrier that picked up the vehicle exactly on the first day of the contract, and delivered cross country in 3 short days! While we do promote door to door service, it is ultimately the carrier’s decision on whether or not they feel they can safely access pickup or delivery locations. We have sent customer complementary vouchers to Restaurant.com, along with our apologies for any inconvenience.
