With the understanding that Autostar is the middle-person between us(ers) and trucker companies facilitating finding the truckers that approximately fit the assurances that Autostar makes to us on behalf of trucking company: the most imprtant aspect - that the vehicle is transported on time and safely (without any physical or systemic damage) - is achieved is the criterion I use to decide on the rating. Autostar fits that to a tee. Like most things in real world perfection is something to strive for: 1. Vehicle tracking end-end (from source to destination) was not available as assured. 2. The Pandemic had nearly doubled the cost - but that's more on the trucking industry. 3. The truck decides where to stop - be it pickup or dropoff - despite suggested sizable locations. That's also sorry state of trucking affairs. We have nothing but praise for Autostar in making best efforts to meet their assurances and provide updates the best they can.
