I booked AutoStar Express to transport my car from the West coast to the East coast.I was given a date of May 4th to the 7th. I called Ed, at AutoStar Express, to comfirm the pickup in May. I was told that they were still looking for a driver to transport the cars and that he would get back to me in a day or two. He called and said that they have a driver but he wanted more money to transport the car and he ask me if I would consider paying more. I said no and that I would look for another company to transport the car. Ed said he would keep looking into finding another company and would get back to me. He called me back and said that they had five days to find someone before the would give me the money back. On the fifth day he called me and said it would be picked up on May 11th. The driver that picked up my car was very nice and keep me informed though the whole trip.
