We read tons of reviews on tons of companies and the common theme seemed to be unhappy and bad communication. I spoke to some in more depth but still wasn’t comfortable trusting my moms classic car to them until I spoke to Ed. He instantly made me feel confident so after checking their reviews and finding they had the highest satisfaction we went with AutoStar and we are thrilled!! The car was scheduled within 24 hours of my placing the order. It was picked up within 24 hours of being scheduled and delivered the next morning!! The whole process was flawless. The communication from Ed to customer service to the driver was as good as it gets. Thank you Ed and team for making this very stressful situation a pleasant experience!
